After many years of providing representation for parents with children with special needs and practicing general civil rights law, Ronald VanNorstrand opened a private practice in 1997. Today, Mr. VanNorstrand continues to practice law focused in the areas of:
- Providing representation for families with children with special needs to ensure appropriate education is provided
- The Fair Housing Act and providing representation for victims of housing discrimination
- Employment and labor law, specifically providing counsel for victims of employment discrimination
